These messages are coming from an attempt to load the Informix database drivers (php_ifx.dll) when
the driver cannot find the necessary Informix client dlls in the system path (thus the message about
isqlt08a.dll).
Do you have Informix software installed on the server? It is necessary to have client software
installed for WHATEVER database you are trying to connect to (MS SQL 7, Oracle 8, etc.) the
php_xxx.dlls for
database connectivity rely on these client drivers (NOT installed with php4.0.2dev) to connect to
the appropriate database servers.
Of course, mySQL is a bit different, as the client-connectivity is build right into php4 :) But you
still have to install the server ;)
Hope that helps some.
