Hello All!
NT PHP4 IIS4 M$Access (ODBC)
Trying to figure out how to parse a street address field so that I can hit a
database with some options... The form field allows someone to put in a
street address...
For instance: 444 West Main Street
The problem I'm running into is that the database *may* have the address
listed as 444 W Main St
OR 444 West Main St.
OR 444 W. Main Street
OR or the user might enter any of the above
OR 987 East Driving Me Crazy Way NW
(OK, it wouldn't be listed like the last one)
I'm wondering how you get the SQL statement to do this kind of a search.
Julie, if this is in your book let me know. It's not in Medinets' :)
