Really desperately in need of a GD library for windows!!!

Hi all Can anyone help me? I need a php_gd.dll for use with php4 and IIS. All I can find on www.boutell.com is the source code, and I don't have any windows compilers here (I normally do all my work on Un*x platforms). The best would be one that works with GIF files, but as a last resort, I'm willing to accept one of the newer versions. I hope someone here can help me, or direct me to where I can get some help. I've scoured the net for 2 days now without luck. /Jesper
