There are two ways. In MS SQL server 7.0 you can do SELECT TOP <#> ....
If you are on 6.5, then you need to do set the row count
environ variable, e.g something like "set rowcount <#>"

In MySQL is easy to page with LIMIT but it doesnt work with MSSQL. So
how do I make it page in MSSQL?
