Here are some helpful hints to get Macromedia DreamWeaver to be more PHP
friendly.
First of all, edit your 'HTML Rewriting' preferences. Add your PHP extension
into the list of 'Never Rewrite HTML In Files With Extension...'
Secondly, there is a text file in /Dreamweaver3/Configuration/ called
FTPExtensionMap.txt. Add your PHP extension to map to ASCII FTP upload.
This will make sure PHP files upload in ASCII mode, and DW will not mess
with your code.
