Funny, but I don't have a problem using the manual - :) (just joshing)
Use the search function on the main page to find what your looking for... I did
a search on "conditional" and got a link to this page:
http://www.php.net/manual/control-structures.php
Definitely use the search, or you'll spend HOURS paging through a BIG online
manual :)
