You are correct.
I tested this on my IIS 4.0 server with PHP 4.3.3RC2.
The reason for no values is most likely due to bad syntax in action.php
No errors are reported but syntax errors prohibit display of values.
This works:
<?php
if((!$_POST['name']) || (!$_POST['url'])){
print("at least one value not passed");
}else{
print("Name = " . $_POST['name'] . "<br>");
print("URL = " . $_POST['name'] . "<br>");
}
?>
