I've managed to compile the CGI version of PHP using MSVC6 and the guide on
the PHP page. But now I'm wondering, how do I go about using the options as
'trans-sid' and how do I get the gd and mssql support into php?
I'm inexperienced with compiling open source programs, and this is hardly a
walk in the park for me. So I could really use some help =)
