OK, it was me (as expected) - I used a modem to bypass our proxy and
everything was OK.
Now I just have to find out why I'm getting a run time error about a
procedure entry point pass_include)eval in php4ts.dll.
The usual fix for these is to make sure the optimizer is for the same
version but no joy there. I'll continue trying.
