hi all,
in what range can the characters of a string returned by base64_encode
lie? is it [0->9] & [A->Z] & [a->z] & { /, + }? or is more?
what I actually want to say is:
can I use such a string SAFELY in a statement like this:
mysql_query("insert ... data='$base64encodedstring'", $db);
i.e. use it in between '' safely when I don't know if escaping is
needed? or do I need to escape certain chars out, and which are still
available for escaping-chars?
