I thought PEAR's website had a manual for installation? Well in any case if you have PHP 4 (I think 4.3.2+) then you should have a PEAR directory already. In it should be go-pear, try giving that a whirl (there's also a batch file to run it on the command line if you prefer). If that doesn't work, then come back here and tell us what happened.
