What I get back is this... 
    Unable to find wrapper "https"
    - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?
You'll need to look at the openSSL for Windows. Someone at PHP's site said they openSSL has a bug in it, you should try using this to support https: http://ftp.proventum.net/pub/php/win32/misc/openssl/ The original manual / posting where I gleaned this information: http://www.php.net/manual/en/wrappers.php
