standalone php/apache?

I'm trying to set up a CD with my design portfolio on it to send out to prospective employers. My online portfolio uses PHP, and I'm interested in having that same functionality off of the CD. Is there a way that people know of to set up a standalone interpreter or something that will launch from an autorun script or something? I've been looking, and not finding. Any help would be appreciated.
