How to resolve the stange question about upload files?

I've meet a strage question about upload files:
<html><body><form action="abc.php" enctype="multipart/form-data"
method="post"><input type=file
name="myfile"></form></body></html>
in the "abc.php" file,here is my code:
copy($myfile,$myfile_name);
But the system tell me that $myfile=//php2 and can't find the file or
directory.
I really don't know why $myfile=//php2 and not d:/temp/php2 ?
(My NT has a temp directory named d:/temp)
