Worse case, reboot and try then and if that doesn't work, just boot into
safe mode - should be more than easy to kill it at that point.

I am trying to upgrade my php installation, but cannot overwrite the
libmysql.dll fine - it seems to be in use
I have already stopped the iis admin service, anybody have any other
suggestions as to which process is using the file?
