Yes it is possible, up until recently I was running both IIS 5.0 and Apache 2.0.51 under Win2K Server and they ran fine. You just need to make sure they are each listening on a different port.
Mind you, I now dumped IIS/ASP completely in favor of Apache/PHP. But the point - yes they can work together. Cheers.
