I'm trying to setup the php 4.0.2 binary distribution on a Windows 98 SE machine. I'm
running PWS and I've followed all the installation instructions that are in the online manual
(at php.net). For some reason I cannot get PWS to compile (I suppose that's the right term)
into my browser. I load up the file and it just shows a blank screen and when I view the source I
can still see the php code. Any suggestions? I noticed that the installation instructions refer to
a php_iis_reg.inf file, but this file was not included in the binary that I received. I'm very
new to php and I'm not very well versed in using PWS, if someone could point me in the right
direction it would be greatly appreciated.
