I keep getting these emails, and after a few exhanges with my ISP they are trying to say that it is nothing to do with them, but as far as I can work out from the error message this is my ISP's mail server bouncing messages from the list - is this right?
That looks like an off-topic bounce to me. The PHP list mail server rejects off-topic posts to try to keep the volume down. -Rasmus OK, so this "error" is just actually the system doing it's job?
