Sounds like you don't have the interbase extension installed... 1) you'll
need to configure an interbase client on your server and 2) you'll need to
un-comment the interbase extension from your php.ini. Of course, this is
dependent on having a PHP installation compiled with that extension dll :)
What php4 version (where did you download) are you running?
