Hi there
I have downloaded Apache and installed it on a PC. Then I have edited the
httpd.conf as mentioned on the different places on the net.
Added:
ScriptAlias /php/ "E:/PHP3/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php3-source .phps
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php/php.exe"
Additionally I have set the port to 85, since on the same server Ports 80
and 81 are occupied by IIS.
Now when I try to open a php file with the browser, this is reacting with a
dialog box for downloading the php file... I also tried to comment the two
lines "AddTypes..." and write the representations into the file mime.types.
Same result.
What else must I do to get php work together with Apache?
Thanks guys, Rolf.
