Host is not allowed to connect

When trying to run phpMyAdmin (www.klokke.dk/phpMyAdmin) I get the following error:
"Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Host 'interdoms.net' is not allowed to connect to
this MySQL server in /home/klokkedk/www.klokke.dk/htdocs/phpMyAdmin/lib.inc.php on line 255"
In phpMyAdmin's config file, I have specified 'host' as klokke.dk, which is my
domain, and the host I connect to via Telnet.
'interndoms.net' is my hostmasters network.
Why does this error occur, and how do I make it go away?
