How to handle attached files ?

Hi everybody, I'm developping a kind of site where it's possible to post your resume as an attached document. It will certainly be a word document or anyother in binary format. To handle data, I 'm using a MS Access database. Here's my question ? How can I saved the attached file in Access ? I first thought of registering the file name in text field, but I'm reviewind it as I just thought that these attaches files can come from anywhere and I won't be able to manage them for future needs if I can't get them (it there are not within my local networks). Could someone point me out ? Any suggestions or remarks will be greatly appreciated.
