reboot when crash of php

I'm using php 4.0.2 on Win2k SP1 with iis 5.0
When there is a bug in a php file, I've an error message. If i reload the
page (1 or 2 time) I have an http 500 error (page cannot be displayed). From
this time I've no more access to any php file or asp file. If I'm accessing
a html file all goes right.
The only way that I found to make the things working is to reboot the
machine. (restart of w3svc and iisadmin has no effect)
Has anybody a better solution than the remote.
