Re: How to access MySQL through PHP in windows 2K.

web.walters-way.com complete details on how to get a LAMP-like stack running on just about nay windows platform. Yes, there are windows INSTALLERs that will do the "work" for you, but they don't help when something goes wrong. If you want to learn this stuff, learn it from the ground up. A great pilot knows his airplane, knows how and *why* it works the way it does. A great developer should know how and why Apache & PHP & mySQL work together and and to correct issues as they arise. It's more than just installing an "app". Good luck. Walter-- ...that's the thing about people who think they hate computers.
