IIS4/OmniHTTPD Exec/Passthru

I'm frustrated... When I execute/passthru ARJ under OmniHTTPd I get a crash
with a NTVDM error and an "Invalid handle" and under IIS4 absolutely
NOTHING happens when I perform an exec/passthru.. What could be the problem
in the latter one? Security? Anyone ever had this problem?
