} get the error & the script didn't run...
I was stuck in an endless loop, as Opera 4.0.2 wanted to keep trying to
load the page, each time I closed the Dr. Watson dialog box. Had to click
on 'stop' on Opera to stop the loop.
} But, nicely enough, the READDIR function (the code which got us started in

} <?php
} $handle=opendir('.');
} echo "Directory handle: $handle\n";
} echo "Files:\n";
} while (($file = readdir($handle))!==false) {
} echo "$file\n";
} }
} closedir($handle);
} ?>

'echo', otherwise Opera forgets about any linefeeds].
