HELLLLLLLLLLPPPPP!!!!

Hey how's it goin, I'm having a problem getting php installed on my computer. I am running the Windows 98 operating systems with the microsoft personal web server. I read the following in a PHP installation document: "You can access php scripts simply by putting the php.exe file into your scripts directory and using a url such as: http://my.server/scripts/php.exe/page.php" My problem is that I cannot find the php.exe file anywhere on their website, none of the downloadable files have *.exe extensions. Please tell me where I can find the php executable file. I appreciate your time and your help. Go Lakers!!! Thanks Mikey
