Hi I currently having the same kind of problem. I need the Orcale 8 extension compiled into PHP3 or PHP4 to run on a windows 2000, but i do not have access to MS Visual C++ I have downloaded a oracle.dll from http://download.swwwing.com/php4/modules/ But php4 (pre-build) says: "PHP Warning: Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'php_oracle.dll' in Unknown on line 0" Thomas D.
