if your Apache 2.2 build is made with VC11, it is technically possible to build the corresponding
SAPI module. However be aware that on the Windows side only 2.4 module is tested and supported good
by this times. So I'd rather recommend you to upgrade Apache to 2.4, you can fetch the current
builds from apachelounge.com
