Dear PHP developers
For those wanting to try PHP 7.4, if you use Devserver on Windows you
can add the new PHP 7.4 dev (ra2a84af) x64 and x86 plugin
(https://warehouse.easyphp.org/inventory-devserver#php - no need to
login).
