Warwick,
Check to make sure that you don't output any HTML before your header
command. This includes any spaces that may be echoed or what not. The header
must be the first thing to occur.

Subject: [PHP-WIN] header - error all headers have been sent.
Hi all
When I attemped to use the header function, php returned an error
saying that all the headers had already been sent. The redirect
must only occur after the form has been submitted. Should I use
another function?
Thanks
