My cfg w98, Apache 1.13, php 4.0.3pl1
Does this version of PHP support function mail() ?
I'm getting warning
Warning: Failed to Connect in c:web\test\mail.php on line 3
which is mail() function.
Any idea? Could be something in php.ini file ?
