Is the extension_dir parameter on php.ini pointing to the correct directory?
Some days ago was posted a message with the same problem. In that case, the problem was caused by
the lack of the requested dll in the extension directory.
If you have the dll, may be wrong the parameter
Good luck

I checked twice there is no reference to any .dll file that is not in my
PHP directory, so the problem is still there :(
