Problems with installing php on win 98

Hi! I'm having big trouble with getting php work on my cp at home with my "PWS". All of my *.asp-files work so my "PWS" is running as it should... I installed it exactly like I did at work (accept placing the *.dll:s in windows/system), I've also edit php.ini and fixed what I should in "regedit". Does someone know how to get php to work on a win98 pc? The file I downloaded from php.net was the latest version, I believe I did everything right... *Have checked it 3 times* BUT when i want to look at my *.php-files at home I get the answer: *Internal server error, the page couldn't be viewed* or something like that. I've tried to upgrade IE from 4.0 to 5.0 but that didn't help. Downloaded a file called *php403.exe* that should fix everything I was told but that didn't do it for me... Can anyone help me???
