if php is installed in c:\php the look in the directory c:\php\extensions
for php_fdf.dll. If there's none you can get the binary distribution for
win32 from http://www.php4win.de/. You need to get the 4.0.3
version (don't
get the 4.0.4-dev, because php_fdf.dll isn't included there).
If you already have an php_fdf.dll then the only thing you'll have to do is
activating this in your php.ini.
