PHP don't capture http variables

Hello:
I have installed IIS3 and PHP4.
The scripts run, but when print httpd variables are empty.
Example:
<?
echo $HOME;
echo $REMOTE_ADDR;
echo $REMOTE_HOST;
?>
all variable are emtpy.
When send data from a form, the variable field are empty too.
I don't know what is the problem.
Can your helpme.
