simultan php-versions?

hi there,
for some reason i wan´t to use the "official" php dist from php.net and the
one frome www.php4win.de.
running apache on nt 4 server.
no prob for starting apache with alternate conf -file with the correct
settings
question 1: can i locate php.ini in distinct places for the two versions?
(if not i`ll use a batch file to rename .....)
qustion 2: the favorite installation of php requires to copy some dlls to
the win\system32 dir. i myself use a subfolder named php to copy them
in....but the two versions had different dlls (talking not about the
extensions).
(if not i`ll use a batch file to rename all the dlls)
any alternate suggestions?
