Check out the homepage on www.oraperf.com I do not know HOW it works, but it gives you a decent file browser wich browses your own (client) disks. I must have a popup window like you have e.g. in Word when you click File/Open. Then I need to be able to select all "*.html" files in a selected directory on my system, and list them in a drop down box in my browser.
