How to get normal 404 error page?

How can I get normal error page in case of requested php script doesn't
found. If the requested page has .php extension I'm getting very ugly
warning from php. If the file extension is .html or .htm I get normal 404
page.
I'm using PHP4 and IIS 5 on Win 2000.
