Oops, I forgot to add that it will only work if your change your
start.html to be a PHP file, since plain old HTML has no way of
looking at its own QUERY_STRING.

Since start.html is already being given the $custid GET variable,
the following code should work for you.
start.html:
...
<FRAME NAME="header" SRC="header.php?custid=<? print $custid ?>"
RESIZE>
...

URL : www.example.nl/start.html/?custid=jansen
<http://www.example.nl/start.html/?custid=jansen>
Start initiates a frameset. The individual frames will be generated from a
php script.
Example line in start.html : <FRAME NAME="header"
SRC="header.php?custid=.........
" RESIZE>
Question: How can I pass the custid argument from the URL to the header.php
?
Thanks anyway.
