But when I do want to make the dynamic pages known to the search engines
what should I do best? Generate HTML?

Some search engines will spider dynamic pages, others will not spider
anything with a '?' in the URI. I have noticed this from the logs on
my site.

Is it possible to register a PHP file in a search engine database? I can't
try it yet. But I like to know if it's possible. In that case I won't be
using html extensions anymore.
Maby there's another way to register dynamically build pages into a search
engine... stupid question?
