Ok, attempt 2: Data Structures

Howdy Ok, probably far too long an e-mail in the last attempt. I have created a form for entering sports results. At present when the form is submitted an e-mail is sent to the newspapers. Ie. One e-mail for each result submitted. I would like to change the form to have have two submit buttons, one for "Next" one for "Finish" so I can add multiple results and have them e-mailed when "Finish" is clicked. How would I go about accumulating this data? Is there such a thing as an array of records?
