Wamp with Win95 and php4: php.ini and http.conf needed

Hi! I am german, so there may be some mistakes in this e-mail..... Since a week i try to install a WAMP on my computer. It allways crashes when i use anything different from phpinfo() or other very simple things. I have Windows 95 and php version 4.0.0 Please can you mail your http.conf and php.ini to me? I realy don`t know what else to do.
