problem with apache and php4

Hi all,
I've installed apache1.3.14 and php4.0.2 in my win98 machine, the server
works ok but my php scripts aren't executed.
There's no errors, simply not executed.
I've added in my httpd.conf file the lines below :
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
and I've copied php.ini in my system dir, following the instructions in
www.php.net site.
What's wrong?
