Hi,
I had the same problem with 1.3.12 and 4.0.2 (I had configured PHP with
Apache succesfully several times). Maybe there's a problem when you use php
as both scriptalias, directory and media-type. Try:
ScriptAlias /php4/ "c:/php/php402/"
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php4/php.exe"
Another solution: install php403pl1 and follow same steps.
