running php from command line

I'm experimenting with some administrative PHP scripts that i need to run on
a regular basis, and was curious if there was any information on using PHP
scripts from the win2K command line (or use with WSH or windows scheduler)..
Preferably the former.
Any tips/hints/urls would be appreciated.
