Configuring PHP for using in 2 web servers? Website Server and Apache?

Hi, Sorry to bug you, but maybe you could give me a tip how to configure Php for Windows, in order to be runned at both Website Server and Apache for Windows Server, on Windows NT, both installed at the same machine, each one in different ports? I mean, I have Website installed on default port 80 and Apache for Windows on port 8080 As long as the php.ini (php4) and (php3.ini) have only one variable = doc_root, how can I set it to both C:\Apache\htdocs and C:\Website\htdocs? A more basic level question: Does Website support Php3 or Php4?
