Hi,
When you reconfigure the web server through the registry you have to stop and restart the web server
(somtimes reboot the computer) for the changes to take place. The regestry is only read when the web
service start. Remeber you have both a web service and an admin web service.
If you use Windows NT workstation with pws4 you can alway install "Microsoft Management
Console". Then you dont need to use regestry to change settings and you dont need to reboot
your computer. Futhermore you can have different php-engines for different directories. php3.0.15,
php3.0.16 and php4.0.x on the same maschine at the same time. (You have to use CGI though)
