You must use the exact TNSNAMES connect id (dbname.world or
dbname.domain.com depending on the way your setup is) and not the SID name.

i have windows2000 server, iis5.0, oracle client 8.0.5 and
php 4.0.3pl1
and even with oracle client 8.1.5 and 8.1.7 don't go well
i have oci8 and oracle installed
i can access to oracle by sqlplus and
sqlnet
tnsnames.ora is ok
sqlnet.ora is ok
when i do phpinfo() , coi8, oracle
installed
but i have this error
