The time value for cookie is the _expiration_ time, not a value for a pause
before the cookie gets set. The cookie will be set instanly either way.

This time problems with cookies.

It should make cookie "out of game" after 5 sec. But it doesn't work.
Actually, when I put time() + 1634 then it works after couple seconds. Not
after 1634 sec. Strange, isn't it?
Does somebody know reason?
